Drawing from themes of justice, morality, and power rooted in folklore, the play explores how these timeless narratives echo in contemporary society. At its heart, it is a story of resilience, highlighting the strength found in love and mutual support.

synopsis
Traces the final 24 hours of Korea’s most beloved poet, Yun Dong-ju, before his death in 1945, the play questions, “What defines me as ‘me’?” as a diaspora’s point of view.
Caught between curiosity and longing, the story delves into what we need most to survive in a world marked by brutality.
With the international musical collaboration between Korean traditional musicians and Western contemporary music, this show shall offer a unique soundscape.
